User Certificates

Please look at the following instructions to download a user certificate:
• For security purposes please enter the displayed PIN.
• To search for a user certificate please enter the complete user email address in the search field
• Start the search by clicking the Search button.
• The located entry will be displayed
• Now you can download the user certificate
• In case an invalid PIN or email address is entered an error message is displayed
